New ClerkShareClosureRequestApiResource mirrors the withdrawal resource: clerk submits a closure request only once a share account holds zero shares; a /validate endpoint re-checks shares-held, account status, any active loan/guarantee, and client KYC/AML compliance; approve() executes the real native "close" command. ClerkShareWithdrawalRequestApiResource.approve() now also auto-submits a PENDING closure request (via the same table) whenever a redemption brings the account's share holding to zero, reusing the withdrawal's own maker identity — a manager still has to separately Validate and Approve it, so the closure request is created automatically but never executed without review.
