- GET /cashreports/gl-entries: returns voucher_no, ac_no, ac_name
  (customer name), dr (withdrawal), cr (deposit) for cashier transactions
  with optional cashierId/tellerId filter
- TellerWritePlatformServiceJpaImpl: removed ALLOCATE/SETTLE GL entries
- OrganisationTellerConfiguration: removed obsolete GL constructor args
