- New POST /cashier/sharecollection endpoint: collects cash for share purchase,
  posts Dr Cash Vault / Cr Share Sundry / Cr Income GL entries, marks charges
  as paid and sets cashier_collected flag on the account
- GET /cashier/sharecollection/:id endpoint for collection status check
- Block share account activation if cashier has not collected cash first
  (validates m_share_cashier_collection record within last 30 days)
- Skip duplicate charge GL on activation when charge already collected upfront
- Suppress automatic GL posting at account submission time to prevent
  double entries; GL is now posted only via cashier collection endpoint
- Fix JdbcTemplate injection in ShareAccountWritePlatformServiceJpaRepositoryImpl
  via ShareAccountsConfiguration
