- Add offset/limit query params with defaults (limit=20, offset=0)
- Return totalFilteredRecords + pageItems response structure
- Compute totalDr/totalCr from all records (not just current page)
- Fix ordering: ORDER BY MAX(created_at) for correct chronological sort
