- KYC completion now requires the loan purpose, the priority sector decision (with its category) and the weaker
  section decision (with its type), checked on the server.
- Deposit loans: no CERSAI / property / previous-loan-declaration requirement at sanction, even for an application
  created before its product was known to be a deposit product.
- Priority sector categories and weaker section types are seeded as Codes (PrioritySectorCategory,
  WeakerSectionType) so they can be maintained in Admin.
- DdsLienReleaseService lifts the DDS lien when the loan it secures ends.
