Subject: [PATCH] fix(accounting): show latest journal entries first by default

The table fell back to the backend's own default order (entry_date, id
ascending) until a maker clicked a column header, so the oldest entries
sat at the top on every fresh load. Defaults the table's sort to id
descending instead.
