revert(fixed-deposits): remove FD maturity approval UI

Removes the FD Maturity Reports screen, its route and nav entry, and
the maturing-today section on Branch Day Closing — the backend report
and approval gate behind them are gone, and a matured deposit's final
interest already surfaces under FD Interest Posting Reports'
"Posted outside approval".
