- Add 21 unit tests covering all core functionality
- Test component initialization and route parameter extraction
- Test form creation and validation (required activationDate)
- Test submit logic with date formatting and locale handling
- Test navigation after successful activation
- Test edge cases (Date vs string inputs)
- All tests passing
