- Restore checkMinorFromDob() — auto sets nomineeIsMinor + locks toggle when age < 18
- Restore FD/RD account filtering logic (savingsOnly/fdAccounts/rdAccounts)
- Reset minorToggleLocked and selectedGuardian on new client select
