Status and other dependent dropdowns didn't show values dependent
correctly on Entity selection.
This also fixes the misspelled name part "enity" to "entity".

Fixes tab titles both in English and other languages.
From what I can tell #2376 worked only for 3 pages - those 3
with translations in labels.titles.*. On the other hand,
it did not even work for English on most pages.
In addition to that, #2376 removed
code regarding top 100 user activities, without any
explanation.
The PR here is meant to fix all of that and hopefully
doesn't affect #2385.

The button label got corrected, the form can't be submitted
anymore without all required fields filled out.
Two Typescript modules got merged, because they were
almost identical. The routing module got updated to
reflect the new component.

applications. It also simplifies dramatically the GLIM process,
improving GLIM user experience and functionality.

This is a first step to support GLIM account applications. It enables
a user to create a GLIM account application and provides a
starting point for a discussion of the feature, which has not even
been working for the community app and is insufficiently documented.
This is part of a larger effort to improve group account management.

This makes the View Guarantors work even if no Loan summary property is
sent in the Fineract response. (This is naturally the case when the
status of the Loan is not active.)
This also guarantees the page is rendered without errors in case
no clientRelationshipType is configured for the guarantor, which
is possible.

Client Detail must only be shown when Name got selected. Prevent any Javascript errors. Enable the user
to enter a date of birth before 2000.
