This makes Group Loans somehow work, fixes the breadcrumbs for GLIM applications, configures permissions for links to GLIM and GSIM applications and a few other things, all regarding loan, savings, GLIM and GSIM applications of groups. Felix van HoveandGitHub	d88e21d77f	fix: Make View Guarantors work even if no summary is sent by Fineract (#2287) ... This makes the View Guarantors work even if no Loan summary property is sent in the Fineract response. (This is naturally the case when the status of the Loan is not active.)
