Sonali LikhitkarandClaude Fable 5 f0b4e98e71 feat(loan-products): extend loan product stepper with legacy account-type fields 
Add UI-only fields across the details, settings, charges, terms, and
accounting steps to mirror the legacy Account Type Creation screen
(classification, cheque book, interest, and additional settings).
These are stripped from the create/edit payload via
CUSTOM_UI_ONLY_FIELDS until a backend mechanism (e.g. a linked data
table) exists to persist them.
